First Meeting – Get Together in Graz

We are already planning our KickOff in Graz. In this Get-together meeting all primary contact persons come to Graz
During this activity, bits4kids gives on-site workshops to train teachers from BRG Kepler, Het Flouriet (Netherlands) and Vilniaus Trakų Vokės gimnazija (Lithuania).
To ensure the success of these workshops, three goals were formulated:

• • Teachers will know how to use the app “embroidery designer” and can code simple patterns.
    In the first step, teachers will learn how to code patterns with the app “embroidery designer”. The concrete learning steps will be about how to start a new project, use the block-based coding language and test the code.

• • Teachers will know the creative coding curriculum
    Bits4kids will train the teacher through training the pupils. There will be workshops for the pupils held by bits4kids coaches. Teachers are expected to observe, participate and help pupils during those lessons.

• • Teachers will be able to use the embroidery machine.
